If you are coming to the office for your appointment:
As you enter the building's lobby, there is a concession stand and a security desk. After these, use the elevator kiosk on your right to request an elevator to the 21st floor. The kiosk will direct you to the appropriate elevator. On the 21st floor, exit the elevator and turn right, go down the hallway. My office, suite 2121, will be on your left. There is a small waiting room. Have a seat if you wish -- I will be right with you.
